Supervise and guide pipe bending operators and helpers
Plan and assign daily work to the team
Ensure pipe bending is done as per drawings and specifications
Monitor production targets and maintain workflow efficiency
Check quality of finished products and ensure accuracy
Set up and oversee bending machines (manual/CNC)
Troubleshoot basic machine or process issues
Maintain safety standards and ensure proper use of PPE
Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams
Maintain records of production and work progress
