What You'll Own

Seeking an experienced Senior Systems Support Engineer / SRE to provide operational support for business-critical payment processing platforms and middleware technologies. The role focuses on incident management, root cause analysis, service reliability, automation, release support, and continuous operational improvement within a 24x7 production environment.

Key Responsibilities

Provide 24x7 on-call support for critical production systems.Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents using ITSM Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.Perform log-level analysis, root cause investigations, and defect management.Partner with Product, Development, Infrastructure, and Business teams to resolve issues and implement permanent fixes.Support production releases, disaster recovery exercises, and change events.Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks, and knowledge articles.Drive service reliability, operational efficiency, and automation initiatives.Create scripts and tooling to reduce manual effort and improve support processes.Analyze operational trends and communicate findings to technical and business stakeholders.
