We Are Looking For a Senior Requirements Engineer
You’ll make a difference by:
ResponsibilitiesManage and develop requirements engineering processes and practices.Bridge the gap between requirements management and Agile teams, Product Owners, and Product Managers.Utilize requirements management tools like IBM DOORs, with additional experience in Polarion being advantageous.Refine requirements to ensure they meet technical specifications.Required SkillsMinimum 2-3 years of experience in Rail domain.5+ years’ experience in requirements engineering and development.Strong experience in requirements management tools such as Polarian.Excellent communication skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or equivalent education or work experience.Experience with requirements management tools like Doors.
