As a Salesforce Senior Quality Assurance Engineer, you should have around 7-10 years of experience and good understanding of QA methodology, processes and associated automated testing tools. You would work as part of a dynamic team involved with testing web, portal, applications, and other new systems and/or enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools, and processesWrite and maintain clear, reusable test cases, test scripts, and supporting documentation.Analyze business and technical requirements, providing actionable feedback on specifications, design, and integration flows.Execute and evaluate manual and automated test results, ensuring defects are logged, tracked, and resolved in collaboration with development teams.Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, product owners, and project managers to deliver high-quality Salesforce solutions.Identify, troubleshoot, and drive resolution of software defects across Salesforce and connected applications.Mentor junior team members and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and process improvement.Actively engage in Agile ceremonies and support cross-functional collaboration to drive efficient project delivery.Design, develop, and maintain robust automated test suites using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright for Salesforce applications and integrations.Stay current with evolving test automation tools, Salesforce release updates, and industry best practices.
Desired Skills & Experience
7+ years of QA experience with proven expertise in test automation using Selenium WebDriver or Playwright.Proficiency with automated testing frameworks such as TestNG, JUnit, or Cucumber.Knowledge on API testingExperience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions).Good understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and DevOps practices.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Soft Skills & Collaboration:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage cross-functional stakeholders and end users.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.Strong analytical mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Qualifications:
Experience testing Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, and/or CPQ Clouds.Familiarity with Salesforce best practices, governance standards, and release management.Demonstrated ability to stay current with Salesforce platform updates and innovations.Active involvement in the Salesforce community is a plus.
