What We Are Looking For

Support the management of the technology landscape of State Street Talent development and learning, managing end-to-end Learning Management System (LMS) with exposure to integration and curation mechanics. Exposure to learning experience platform (LXP) is definite plus.

Support the execution of the strategic Learning and Talent development strategy and ensures alignment of technology and content to the objectives & priorities.

The role will interact closely with other Learning functions including Enterprise learning solutions, talent Consultancy, talent management, leadership development, Design & development and HR Business partners that technology is successfully implemented and is meeting the needs of learning. The role will also interact with State Street HR tech and IT for design, integration, IT support and adoption of new technologies.

The incumbent will report to Head – learning technology and curation. The position is location agnostic to the present State Street office cities.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Execute learning and talent technology strategy. At the direction of the Learning Tech & Curation Lead work to establish the enterprise-wide approach to learning and talent technology platform management. This strategy works with learning platforms such as learning management system (LMS) as primary requirement and supporting learning experience platform (LXP). This involved optimal LMS implementation set-up, migration management, integration with content providers and other platforms in learning, video communication (WebEx/Zoom) and talent platforms.Platform management and maintenance. Configuration, Integration, migration, release management and administration experience with learning management systems.Support the administration of learning and talent technologies. Support day-to-day ongoing operations activities including maintenance, usage, analysis, reporting, L3, integration and administration of the learning technologies.Curation mindset. Exposure to optimize learning assets across the organizationParticipate in establishing structure, governance, and context to manage platforms.Manage the learner experience with technology. Support the required infrastructure, tools, and integrations to promote a technology-enabled learning culture.Partner with internal stakeholders, curation manager, technology teams and external information to offer customized and vetted selection of the most effective and relevant resources.As per required business priorities and strategy changes, willingness to perform other work duties from time to time.

Preferred Qualification And Skills

Degree level qualification or relevant professional qualificationBroad experience in the Learning and talent technology space, preferable (not compulsory) in financial institutions.High learning agility (ability & curiosity to learn new skills, new technology and changing dynamics of the work objectives) is a required skill.Have worked with LMS (preferably but not limited to CSOD) at the level of configuration, release management, user and access management as solution management perspective (and not just administration management) – Similar experience in LXP (like Degreed, Edcast etc.) is preferable but not compulsory.Preferably worked on most of activities like migration management, system analysis, SSO requests, certificate management, API and content collectors integration.Excellent data management analysis using MS Excel. Exposure to any other data analysis tool is a plus but not compulsoryStrong project management skills, ability to execute project plans on a regional and global scale. Tactical planning experience with excellent interpersonal skillsThis role requires a high caliber learning technology professional with broad learning technology platform management experience. A positive can-do attitude and ability to navigate ambiguity will be key success factors.Ability to apply and leverage technology while working across regions and functions are critical elements of the role. Understanding of learning & talent assets curation and optimization is required plus.Authenticity, Empathy and being a very strong team player with collaborative solution-centric mind-set is non-negotiable requirement of this role.LMS, PMP and MS office certification (not compulsory)
