The role will function as an individual contributor and work collaboratively with Finance, Accounting, Business Operations and Senior Management with sites, divisions and throughout the region/segment as requiredThe Analyst will oversee and execute processes necessary to plan, record, analyze and report on the financial conditions of the Division. This person will also be significantly involved in the development of senior management presentations including Finance, Operations, Marketing and others as necessaryThe aim is to provide enhanced data-driven insights into finance functionProfessional will also support plant & division in routine financial analysis & reporting as required. Assignments will include planned and ad-hoc projects

Financial Analysis & Strategy

Deliver Data-Driven Insights: Prepare and present monthly financial results, forecasts, and strategic commentary using advanced analyticsStrategic Planning & Forecasting: Develop scenario-based financial models to support monthly forecasting and annual profit plan, and predictive analytics to improve decision-makingOperational Performance Analytics: Analyze key business metrics using statistical models, forecasting, and cloud-based dashboards

Finance & Data Analytics Transformation

Leverage Cloud & BI Tools: Utilize Power BI, SQL, and cloud-based financial systems to create real-time financial dashboards and automate reportingFinancial Data Application and Insights: Work with large datasets across multiple platforms to enable self-service analytics for business leadersData Modelling & Visualization: Build predictive models and data visualization frameworks to support strategic finance initiativesCollaboration with Digital Finance: Work closely with Digital Finance and Innovation team to apply structured financial datasets and analytical solutions to FP&A processes, ensuring business impact

Qualifications

Requirement:

Master in Business Administration- Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics Graduate with core-finance experienceAccounting major (B.Com) & CA/ICWA/CFA3-5 years of experience – manufacturing industry exposure preferred
