Danfoss is looking for an experienced person having solid experience in Embedded Systems Software Development in accordance with Software Development Life Cycle. This person will act single point of contact for Business and primary responsible for delivering defined scope of work with agreed timeline and quality KPI.

What You’ll Be Doing

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.

Primary responsible to work for Firmware development projectTechnical solutioningStakeholder managementProject -planning and executionSoftware requirement gathering and specifyingHigh level and low-level design and documentingArchitect, design and develop embedded software as per defined software requirementsSoftware integration & testing, Unit testing

What We're Looking For

B.E/B. Tech/M. Tech/Master (Electronics/ Telecommunications)OR equivalent

Experience & Attributes

8 or more years extensive experience in Embedded system software design, development & testing. Excellent communication skills, spoken and written English

Must Have Specialized Knowledge

Embedded C, Python, MATLAB, MATLAB SimulinkElectronics & board level debuggingRTOSKnowledge of Microcontrollers (RISC, CISC), PIC , STM , NXP or equivalentCommunication : Industrial Ethernet Profinet, Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT, CANopen, serial, I/O linkCyber Security: Cryptographic algorithm, Secure bootDeveloping Hardware abstraction layer for SPI, ADC, PWM, internal & external Memory, Watchdog, Controller initialisation, Memory Partitioning, Linker files,MISRA standard - 2000/MISRA 2012SDLC, Agile ScrumStatic analysis & Tools like LDRA or Vector cast or PolyspaceRequirements management, change management, traceability, and tools such as Polarion or equivalentVersion control & Tools like SVN/GIT/Clearcase or equivalent

Specialized Knowledge – Will Be Preferred

Software Architecture & Design methodologies - like UMLBasis Skill of PLC programming.Functional Safety life-cycle & Management - Applies to software design & developmentCyber Security IEC 62443 standardsDFFSS Green belt.
