Your Role & Responsibilities
Operates the IT systems or applications according to Standard Operating Procedures and Operations ManualsPerforms Request Fulfilment activities (e.g. user management, provide new instances of databases, etc.)Supports the Incident Management activities according to the respective process to reduce service interruption or decrease of service quality to the minimum and according to agreed OLAs and SLAsEnsures that all components are continually monitored and identifies potential problems or trends before failures or performance degradation occur
Typical Tasks
Implements monitoring activities for IT infrastructure components and applications based on defined monitoring proceduresSupports the Change Management Process by performing changes on IT Infrastructure components or applicationsExecutes and monitors system or application backups Validates that batch jobs are executed as plannedPerforms Patch Management activitiesPerforms implementation actions regarding the deployment of new releasesAnalyses and remedies failures or restores systems after breakdownMaintains the operational knowledge base
Your Skills & Strengths
Academic background: Computer Science or similar studies3-4 years of experience in one of the market leading PAM solutions, preferably CyberArk3-4 years of experience in one of the market leading SSO solutions, preferably CyberArk Identity and WorkspaceONE3-4 years of experience in one of the market leading MFA solutionsGood knowledge of ITIL frameworkOptional SkillsLinux and/or Windows Operating System knowledgeCertificate Management
