We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.
In This Role, You Will
Own SCRUM and LEAN ceremonies across engineering teams including sprint planning and daily scrumsFacilitate backlog creation and refinement with Product Owners, Business Programme Managers and IT Project ManagersTranslate business risk appetite and posture into clear functional and non-functional requirements and user storiesInvestigate, classify and assess operational risk associated with IT systemsCreate analysis of customer journeys, product functionality and business processes to inform deliveryPartner with developers, testers, support teams and architects to ensure quality and operational compatibility of solutionsCoordinate release planning with other Agile teams using agreed metrics and reportingOversee timely in-sprint testing and support comprehensive regression and non-functional testing where required
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Bring substantial IT project management and SCRUM delivery experienceBring established business analysis experience within Financial Services, Software, Telecoms or Energy sectorsApply Agile metrics and reporting including release burndowns, sprint burndowns, velocity, user story mapping and story point sizing aligned to value-based prioritiesDemonstrate experience delivering within large complex programmes across multiple streams and geographiesShow capability gathering and analysing non-functional requirements and performing complex business and IT systems analysisDemonstrate experience assessing operational risk and translating risk considerations into actionable requirementsHold Business Analysis (ISEB, Agile) certification or equivalent certification or bring equivalent demonstrable experienceHold Service Management (ITIL, DevOps) certification or equivalent certification or bring equivalent demonstrable experience
