What You’ll Own

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our enterprise operations team, supporting the enterprise-wide implementation and optimisation of Salesforce across Enterprise (LOB). This role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions that enable end users to effectively leverage the Salesforce ecosystem; including agentforce, data 360 and experience cloud to name a few tools.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, business analysts and technical teams to translate requirements into high-quality solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and delivery standards.

Develop, configure, and maintain Salesforce solutions across the platform, covering all aspects of the system lifecycleSupport end-user implementation and adoption of Salesforce capabilities across the enterprise customer lifecycleCollaborate as an agile delivery team (Scrum or Kanban) to deliver regular incremental valueManage and track work items using JIRA, ensuring clear documentation and traceability of requirementsContribute to and operate within a CI/CD pipeline, ensuring robust and reliable deploymentsDesign scalable and maintainable solutions aligned to best practices and governance standardsPartner with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and continuously improve platform performance

What You Bring

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience within sales and/or service cloud core components.Proven ability to deliver across the full Salesforce development lifecycle (design, build, test, deploy, support)Additional experience with, or willingness to learn:AgentforceData Cloud / Data 360MuleSoft (for integrations)Experience CloudTableauStrong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities including Flows, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative toolsExperience with SOAP/REST API integrationsDeep knowledge of Salesforce security features (field-level security, profiles and permissions)Additional exposure to prompt builders would be beneficialUnderstanding of software development lifecycle, including SAFe AgileStrong communication skills both written and verbal, including working with stakeholders as well as evidential problem solving skills.
