We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Lead Business Analyst.
In This Role, You Will
Ownership of the functional deliveriesLiaising with FCM and Business User to get the sign-offOwning the acceptance testing and User sign-off processPrepare Solution proposals with Clear Choice and getting them approved in Design Review Forum. Respond to user queries in timely fashion involving production. Comprehend and translate complex and advanced functional, technical and business requirements into clear and concise specifications. Managing the pool of Business Analysts and lead in user engagementsCoordinate with upstream applications to meet the end to end delivery timelines
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
Must have good understanding and experience in OTC Derivative productsMust have experience in Counterparty Credit Risk. Must have experience in Credit Valuation AdjustmentsMust have experience in General Ledger ReconciliationMust have worked on Front to Back data flow in an Investment BankA proven track record in Data Quality and Data GovernanceExcellent interpersonal skills, written and verbal. Effective communication skillsMust have worked in Agile Development before. Knowledge of effective delivery practices within an agile/scrum delivery cycleHigh levels of enthusiasm and a desire to deliver the best quality products possible along with maintaining very high service levelsStrong SQL skills to analyze the dataGood problem-solving skills
