Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.”The Job is with respect to carrying out Audit of Legal and Compliance aspects applicable to the product and Services offered by the Bajaj Finance Limited. This Role actively contributes eliminating the Legal and Compliance Risk and ensure that the respective business and other allied stakeholders are compliant thereby exposing the Organization to lesser Regulatory.
Support in preparing and coordinating for requirements received from Regulators, Internal and Group level stakeholders.Tracking and updating all the applicable Statutory and Regulatory obligations on NBFC in a timely manner and ensure update in CRMA system for its monitoring.Prepare internal assessment of Compliance risks in various businesses and their mitigation measures including checks at Partner and Group levels.Assisting in review of various product propositions, risk product programs, collaterals from Regulatory perspective.Culture Anchor:Work Hard - Consistently puts in effort. plans and tracks daily progress to achieve targetsExecute with Rigor - Takes responsibility for meeting targets with focus and effortOwn It - Maintains honesty and fairness in all interactions in line with organization’s policiesAct with Integrity
Duties And Responsibilities
To review/audit the product documentation – both physical & electronic documentation and identify the gaps if any vis-à-vis the standards prescribed.To assess the information so received, prepare an audit summary of the findings in line with the standards prescribed and submit monthly reports.Work closely with internal teams to ensure the relevant legal and compliance regulatory requirements are well understood and are reflected in the relevant documentation and internal procedures and processes.Responsible for audit planning, execution & reporting of compliance related mattersProvide practical & value-added solutions to issues identified.Abreast oneself on changes in laws and regulations from time to time.Work on complaints and disputes and take up with respective teams for resolution when required.Work in a team atmosphere and prepare various reports/MIS.
Required Qualifications And Experience
Qualifications:Candidates should be Qualified CA. Law Graduate will be an added advantage.b)Work Experience:CA Freshers are accepted
