We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In This Role, You Will

Model industry best practices and business landscape to assess alignment of business capabilities with IT solutions and delivered technologiesProvide consultation to business owners, product owners, senior leadership and external vendors on complex cross-functional issues impacting integrated systems and organisational operationsCollaborate with business stakeholders to define goals, identify issues and propose data-informed solution optionsDefine system scope and objectives, ensuring business and technical requirements are comprehensive and scalableSupport enterprise data management, system integration and strategic technology road mappingEstablish standards and guidelines for defining business and system requirements to improve consistency and clarityInterpret emerging regulatory requirements and translate them into IT system and process updates, delivering compliant solutions end-to-endMaintain alignment with internal risk management, compliance frameworks and control standards while sustaining effective communication across COO, CIO, Transformation and domain teams

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Bring substantial experience in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) within billing and the banking domain, including pricing, billing, revenue management, payments and collectionsApply strong knowledge of ORMB technical architecture including framework methods, web application server, business application server and database server conceptsEvaluate complex problems and deliver solutions to tight deadlines while meeting cost and quality expectationsProvide consultation across business operations, offer mentorship and shape detailed design solutions that improve business performanceGuide developers through the ORMB software development lifecycle using strong understanding of product architecture, data model and Oracle Utilities Application FrameworkDeliver functional analysis, solution design, infrastructure work, customisations, implementations and release warranty support for software applicationsUse relevant technologies and tools such as Oracle 19c (SQL/PLSQL), ETL, Java, XML and Unix scripts and commands across development, configuration, validation and deploymentApply Agile ways of working with tools such as Jira and Confluence including sprint planning, story points and task estimation
