We are looking for a Software Engineer

A passionate software professional who can design, develop, and deliver high-quality applications while collaborating effectively in an Agile environment and contributing to modern cloud-native solutions.

You'll Make a Difference By:

Developing, testing, and maintaining high-quality software applications in an Agile development environment.Analyzing business and technical requirements to design scalable and efficient software solutions.Writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.Debugging and troubleshooting complex software issues to ensure optimal application performance and reliability.Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, and fellow engineers, to deliver customer-centric solutions.Designing and implementing event-driven, service-based, and cloud-native applications.Contributing to code reviews, continuous integration, and continuous improvement initiatives.Ensuring software quality through unit testing, automation, and adherence to engineering standards.Supporting the team's Agile practices through active participation in sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and technical discussions.

You'll Win Us Over By:

Holding a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related engineering discipline.Having 2 to 5 years of experience in Software Engineering within an Agile development environment.Demonstrating strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.Possessing experience in software debugging, software testing, software documentation, and software design principles.Having hands-on experience with Java and Spring Boot for building enterprise-grade applications.Demonstrating exposure to Event-Driven, Service-Oriented, and Cloud-Native Architectures (AWS experience preferred).Having experience in writing and executing unit tests using JUnit and mocking frameworks such as Mockito.Being proficient with Git and modern version control practices.Possessing a deep understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and asynchronous inter-process communication concepts.Demonstrating strong knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.Showing excellent communication and teamwork skills while working in a collaborative Agile environment.Being a quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies and business domains.
