Job Purpose

The Project Manager – IAM Domain initiates, directs and manages Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects and programs within and outside of IT. The activities are centralized around managing IAM-related projects (including identity lifecycle management, access governance, role-based and privileged access management) based on required deliverables and value for AkzoNobel and related business case, resource and work planning & control, budget management, change management and product quality control.

Key Activities

Experience / Education

Master's degree in business management, computer science, computer engineering, information security, or a related field of study Excellent Project Management skills and a proven track record of successfully delivering Identity & Access Management (IAM) projects Project Management Certification (Prince, IPMA, PMI) >10 years' experience in IT organization or comparable function, including management of IAM-related projects Knowledge of mainstream business processes, like Supply Chain, Finance, Sales & Marketing etc. Knowledge and experience of outsourcing services and contracts with Global IT providers

IAM Domain Requirements

Proven experience managing IAM/IGA projects and programs, including identity lifecycle management, access governance, role-based access control (RBAC) and privileged access management (PAM) Hands-on knowledge of IAM platforms and technologies such as Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, SailPoint, Saviynt, CyberArk, Okta or similar IAM/PAM tools Understanding of IAM standards, protocols and frameworks (SAML, OAuth2/OIDC, SCIM, RBAC/ABAC) Experience running privileged access reviews, access certification campaigns and identity governance audits Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements relevant to IAM (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001, NIST) IAM-related certifications are a plus (CISSP, CIAM, CIPP, or vendor certifications such as SailPoint/Saviynt) Ability to coordinate with security, architecture and infrastructure teams to ensure IAM solutions are delivered securely and at scale
