Full job description
Manage day-to-day administration of Salesforce, including user setup, profiles, roles, and permissions.
Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and workflows. Maintain data integrity through regular audits, deduplication, and validation rules.
Hands on experience on apex classes, trigger.
Support integration with external systems (SAP, Azure middleware, REST APIs). Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with corporate standards. Assist in deployment activities and environment management. Stay updated on Salesforce releases and implement new features as needed. Design and deliver Salesforce training programs for end-users, developers, and testers.Create training materials, user guides, and documentation tailored to business processes and customizations. Support onboarding of new team members and promote best practices.
