As an Estimator I here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for supporting the development of project estimates and ensuring their accuracy and competitiveness. This position plays a crucial role in assisting the organization's growth and profitability by providing support in cost analysis, bid strategy, and risk assessment.
In this role, you will impact the accuracy and competitiveness of our project bids, supporting the organization's growth and profitability by assisting in the development of precise and competitive project estimates.

Support the estimation process for projects, ensuring accuracy and timelinessCollaborate with crossfunctional teams to gather project requirements and assist in developing cost estimatesAnalyze project plans, specifications, and drawings to assist in determining project scope and identifying potential risksAssist in preparing detailed cost estimates, including labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costsReview and validate subcontractor and vendor quotes to ensure competitiveness and accuracyProvide support to senior estimators and estimating managersStay updated with industry trends, market conditions, and new technologies related to estimating
Qualifications
YOU MUST HAVE
0+ years of experience in estimatingBasic knowledge of construction methods, materials, and costsProficiency in using estimating software and tools
