GD&T (ASME Y14.5 & OEM standards) - Early definition, optimization, and cost-focused simplificationTolerance Analysis - 2D/3D stack-ups and Vis VSA variation simulation Dimensional Cost OptimizationIdentification of low-impact characteristics to reduce tooling, gauging, and inspection costsManufacturing Processes - Stamping, welding, fixturing, gauging, and assembly Metrology - CMM data analysis, MSA, and simulation-to-plant correlationProcess Capability - Cp/Cpk feasibility and target settingProblem Solving - 8D, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions
