We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist

In This Role, You Will

Deliver data modelling and analysis for complex transformation initiatives, with a focus on reconciliation, controls, and data integrity outcomes.Work in agile, multi-skilled squads (Product, Architecture, Engineering, QA) to deliver scalable, reusable data products.Elicit, analyze, and document functional/non-functional data requirements, translating business needs into implementable technical specifications.Create and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models aligned to standards, naming conventions, and data governance.Produce and manage key modelling artefacts: ER models, data dictionaries/metadata, source-to-target mappings, interface specs, validation rules.Perform data profiling, gap and impact analysis; contribute to estimation and delivery planning with squads.Define and govern metadata (entities, attributes, keys/constraints, relationships) to ensure quality, traceability, and reusability across the portfolio.Partner across IT and business teams to resolve data issues and align definitions end-to-end; support QA/UAT with testable requirements, reconciliation checks, and acceptance criteria, using advanced SQL and relevant tooling (e.g., BigQuery, Erwin, Visual Paradigm, Jira/Confluence, version control).

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.Strong Data Analysis and/or Data Modeling experience of 8+ yearsStrong financial domain and data analysis skills with experience covering activities like requirement gathering, elicitation skills, gap analysis, data analysis, effort estimation, reviews, ability to translate the high-level functional data or business requirements into technical solution, database designing and data mappingExcellent communication & stakeholder management skills and should be capable of building rapport and relationshipsAct as a liaison between business and technical teams to bridge any gaps and assist the business teams & technical teams to successfully deliver the projectsStrong dimensional/relational modelling skills. Excellent analytical problem-solving with advanced SQL and BI/visualizationAbility to influence and drive changes within a complex organizational structure.Strong analytical skills to assess engineering practices and recommend improvements.
