You’ll make a difference by:

Analyze and assess SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA data migration requirements and determine technical feasibility.Design, develop, and execute end-to-end ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes for Customer Service (CS) master and transactional data migration.Extract data from SAP ECC and non-SAP legacy systems, perform data transformation based on business requirements, and load data into SAP S/4HANA.Create migration specifications, source-to-target mappings, transformation rules, and reconciliation reports.Execute migration activities using Syniti ADMM, SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC), LTMOM, and SAP Data Services/BODS.Support mock migrations, testing cycles, cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to deliver successful migration outcomes.Ensure data quality, consistency, completeness, and business continuity throughout the migration lifecycle.

Your success is grounded in:

3 to 5+ years of experience in SAP Data Migration projects.Strong hands-on experience with Syniti ADMM, SAP Migration Cockpit (LTMC), and LTMOM.Proven expertise in SAP ECC to SAP S/4HANA data migration and ETL methodologies.Experience migrating Customer Service (CS) master and transactional data objects, including:Customers / Business PartnersEquipmentFunctional LocationsService NotificationsService OrdersService ContractsOpen Service TransactionsStrong understanding of data mapping, transformation rules, reconciliation processes, and data quality management.Proficiency in SQL and SAP migration tools.SAP ABAP debugging knowledge is an added advantage.Experience working on global SAP S/4HANA rollout or transformation programs preferred.Knowledge of integration with SD, PM, FI/CO, and PS modules is desirable.Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
