Processes orders/Billing, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.Develops and maintains positive customer relations.Coordinates with various functions within the company to ensure customer requests are handled appropriately and in a timely manner.Substantially impacts the relationship between Honeywell and the customer.Process Day to Day Order/Billings/PRClear Backlogs.O2C knowledgeRespond to Customer Queries and Claims (non-Disputes).Collaborate with different cross functions for Customer Resolutions and Process Improvement.Work with Dispute Team to manage the disputes
