Financial Closing, Reporting & ComplianceManage monthly closing of SAP FI & CO modulesHandle inventory closing (E&O, FIFO, valuation) and production order settlement & reclassificationAddress group reporting queriesSupport statutory and cost audits (schedules, financials, FAR) and perform break-even analysis) Inventory & Operations Finance ManagementControl perpetual inventory and support physical verificationConduct inventory ageing analysisSupport new inventory transactions in SAPProvide cost inputs for operational cost-saving initiatives Budgeting, Forecasting & CostingCoordinate annual planning and P&L preparationEnsure accurate and timely forecasting submissionsManage standard costing, activity rates, surcharge rates, and inventory master dataExecute annual standard cost runs and maintain costing for new/existing materialsPrepare model-wise costing sheets SAP, Costing & Process ImprovementsResolve costing-related SAP/system issuesSupport product costing changes (including procurement scenarios)Drive initiatives like inventory automation and costing improvements Cross-Functional & Treasury SupportSupport internal teams with financial and SAP costing-related queriesAssist procurement in ensuring standard cost accuracyHandle material creation and cost updates in SAPReview BG, LC, and payment files and support treasury controls Specialized skills:Good knowledge of Accounting and SAPUnderstanding of Indian tax structure (Direct & Indirect taxes) with knowledge of tax compliancesShould understand and be able to perform Balance Sheet reconciliationsShould have faced internal and external audits and be able to understand the SOX compliance requirementsShould understand and be able to perform costing activities Behavioural Attributes: Good communication skills Fluent English and local India language - both spoken and written Positive attitude, customer focussed and results oriented Good team player
