We are looking for an experienced Endpoint Security Administrator with 5-7 years of expertise in managing enterprise endpoint security platforms, threat detection, incident response, compliance, and audit support. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Trend Micro Apex One/Vision One and SentinelOne EDR/XDR, along with strong exposure to security audits, compliance assessments, and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Administer and manage endpoint security solutions including Trend Micro Apex One/Vision One and SentinelOne EDR/XDR. Monitor, investigate, and respond to endpoint security incidents and threats. Perform threat hunting, malware analysis, and root cause investigations. Manage endpoint protection policies, agent deployment, upgrades, and health monitoring. Collaborate with SOC, Infrastructure, Vulnerability Management, and Incident Response teams. Conduct security assessments and ensure compliance with internal security policies. Support vulnerability remediation activities and endpoint hardening initiatives. Integrate endpoint security tools with SIEM platforms for centralized monitoring. Generate security reports, dashboards, and executive-level metrics. Audit & Compliance Responsibilities Lead and support internal and external security audits related to endpoint security controls. Work closely with auditors to provide required evidence, logs, reports, and control documentation. Ensure compliance with standards such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI-DSS, GDPR, NIST, and CIS Controls. Track audit observations, findings, and remediation activities through closure. Participate in risk assessments and compliance reviews. Maintain security policies, SOPs, and audit-ready documentation. Conduct periodic control validation and compliance monitoring exercises. Prepare management reports for audit status, compliance posture, and risk exposure. Required Skills Endpoint Security Trend Micro Apex One / Vision One Administration. Audit Evidence Collection and Documentation Management. Risk Assessment and Remediation Tracking. Technical Skills Windows Server and Windows Endpoint Administration. Active Directory & Group Policy. PowerShell Scripting and Automation. Vulnerability Management Tools. SIEM Platforms (Microsoft Sentinel, Splunk, QRadar, LogRhythm). Basic Linux Administration. Networking Fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN). Preferred Certifications Trend Micro Certified Professional (TCP) SentinelOne Certified Administrator (S1CA) Microsoft SC-200 / SC-300 CompTIA Security+ CEH Desired Candidate Profile 5-7 years of experience in Endpoint Security Administration. Strong hands-on experience with Trend Micro and SentinelOne platforms. Proven experience supporting enterprise security audits and compliance initiatives. Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and incident response skills. Strong stakeholder communication and documentation capabilities. Experience working in large enterprise and regulated environments.
