About The Role:

As a Specialist at CrowdStrike, you will be responsible for managing the procurement lifecycle, vendor relationships, and supporting business needs through effective purchasing strategies. You will play a critical role in ensuring cost-effective acquisitions while maintaining compliance with company policies.

What You'll Do:

Execute the complete procurement process from requisition to purchase order creation and managementIdentify and evaluate vendors, analyse quotes from a TCO perspective, and validate pricing to ensure best valueNegotiate favourable terms and conditions to secure optimal pricing aligned with company policiesManage vendor relationships, including onboarding, performance monitoring, and issue resolutionMaintain accurate vendor records and procurement documentation in company systems Process purchase requisitions in a timely manner and ensure proper documentationAssist Accounts Payable and business owners with invoice reconciliation and payment issuesSupport contract reviews and renewals in coordination with legal and business stakeholdersMonitor and manage procurement budgets, identifying cost-saving opportunities through spend analysisGenerate regular procurement reports and contribute to KPI tracking and MIS activitiesEnsure compliance with company procurement policies and proceduresIdentify and implement efficiencies in the procurement process to enhance productivity

What You’ll Need:

7-10 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain managementDemonstrated experience with full requisition-to-payment processesStrong negotiation skills with proven ability to secure favorable termsExcellent communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external partners Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilitiesExperience with vendor management and relationship buildingAbility to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented approach with strong organizational skillsProven experience utilizing AI technologies to enhance decision-making, streamline workflows and processes, improve efficiency and drive business outcomes.
