Job Title: Manager - Training

As the Manager - Training at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing training programs aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of employees across the organization. You will work closely with various departments to identify training needs, create engaging training content, and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives. Your role will involve conducting training sessions, workshops, and seminars, ensuring that all employees are well-equipped to meet their job requirements and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis.
- Design and deliver training programs that are aligned with company objectives and employee career development.
- Collaborate with department heads to ensure training meets specific team needs.
