RequirementsEducation: Diploma (Preferably in ECE/ Telecommunication/ IT/CS)Experience : 1.5 - 4 years

Job Description:1. Shortlist, onboard, certify, and evaluate partners/technicians performance as per SOPs2. Ensure availability and manage upgrades or terminations3. Conduct initial training, reskilling, upskilling, and periodic, refresher programs4. Deliver hands-on field training through OJTs5. Track KPIs and performance metrics of partners and technicians6. Take corrective actions based on evaluation outcomes7. Guide and support issue resolution within TAT to ensure customer satisfaction8. Conduct audits, inventory reconciliation and FTTx device inspections9. Handle walk-in customer interactions, device repairs/swaps, CRM, entries, and software upgrades10. Train and support extended service points11. Travel to touchpoints as per requirement12. Participate in special initiatives like complaint handling, out-calling, and coaching Jio Associates
