🚨 Hiring: Service Manager – Home Charging | EV IndustryWe are looking for Service Managers – Home Charging to manage end-to-end EV home charging installation and service operations across multiple locations.

📍 Locations:• Hubli & Belgaum• Vizag• Kanyakumari• Thrissur• Kozhikode• Surat / Rajkot• Varanasi• Indore• Ludhiana• Patna

💼 Experience: 2+ years with B.E./B.Tech (Electrical) OR 5+ years with Diploma (Electrical)

📌 Work Mode: Full-time Field Work & Regular Site Visits

🔧 Key Responsibilities• Manage EV home charging installations, deployment & commissioning• Coordinate with OEMs, dealerships, customers, vendors & installation partners• Manage lead flow, site readiness, TATs and service complaints• Monitor quality, safety and installation standards• Handle Salesforce/CRM activities and payment tracking• Manage manpower, material availability and customer follow-ups• Train coordinators and technicians on technical & safety standards• Support billing, BoQ validation and operational documentation

👤 Preferred Profile• Experience in EV Charging / Electrical Installations / Field Service Operations / Utility Services• Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills• Knowledge of electrical systems, EV charging infrastructure and safety standards• Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities
