Key Responsibilities

Responsible for preventive and breakdown maintenance of NC/CNC grinders, Sealed Quench and Tempering Furnaces, Nitrogen Plant, and other plant equipment, ensuring minimum downtime, equipment reliability, and smooth production operations.To attend breakdown, Preventive & Planned Maintenance NC, CNC Grinders, Sealed Quench Furnaces, Tempering Furnace, Nitrogen PlantTo Attend Breakdowns & Diagnoses faults on CNC, PLC, Drives & Conventional machines.To Attend Basic breakdowns related to Pneumatic & hydraulic SystemTo Attend problems on instruments Temperature Controller etcSAP Maintenance Module & Spares / Store ManagementIATF DocumentationEHS DocumentationAwareness of CQI9
