R&D Scientist

The role:

As a R&D Scientist, you will help drive our goals by:

Safe working in accordance with Johnson Matthey health and safety policy and procedures. Performs safety, COSHH and risk assessments of all chemical processesEnsure awareness of control measures against the significant environmental aspects and OH&S hazards related to own area of workEnsure that the requirements of Integrated Management System related to own area of work is implementedTo attain/increase heterogeneous/homogeneous catalyst sales targetTo provide technical services in accordance with client specifications and works with clients to address technical issues

Key skills that will help you succeed in this role:

Diploma/Degree: PhD ChemistryNo. of years of relevant experience: 2-3 YearsResponsible for identification, development, synthesis, full characterization, and evaluation of new and existing supported catalysts
