Communicating, maintaining and replenishing the VM Plan.Coordination with concerned departments for upkeep and maintenance of the floor.

Boost Conversion

Improve Stockturnsg) Section wise Manpower allocation as requiredh) Customer Retentioni) Align Visual Merchandise to Sales plans to boost sales

Manpower Effectivenessa) Effective allocation of manpower through team roasters.

Ensuring manpower availability on the floor and cash tills at all times.

Communication of all updates wrt product, process, offers to the teamd) Providing valid training inputs for effectiveness of the team in the current role and to prepare them for future roles.

Inventory Managementa) Strategizing procurement and display of fast movers.

Ensuring all processes wrt inventory control is adhered to at all times.

Timely closure of PICS as per schedule.
