The role:

As a Contractor Coordinator, you will help drive our goals by:

Provide coordination and oversight of all third-party contractor activities related to project, maintenance, testing, and inspection work undertaken on site.Review and agree contractor EHS plans, Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS), and safe systems of work with contractors and relevant site stakeholders prior to work commencement.Act as the key liaison between contractors, Engineering, Procurement, Operations, and EHS teams to ensure effective communication and safe execution of contracted work.Ensure full compliance with JM policies, procedures, permit-to-work requirements, and applicable Indian EHS legislation for all contractor activities conducted on site.Monitor contractor performance through inspections, audits, incident management, and performance reporting to promote safe working practices and continuous improvement.Support the application of contractor management best practices through effective contractor onboarding, competency verification, compliance assurance, and performance governance.

Required Qualification and Experience:

Relevant experience required of 6 to 8 Years.Experience of managing 3rd party contractors in a EHS/Project/Maintenance supervisory role or Equivalent.Degree qualification in an Engineering discipline.Experience of working in a 24/7 operation environment.Experience of permit to work systems.
