Job Description Summary

The GridBeats APM (Asset Performance Management) Growth Leader defines and implements the business development strategy for the Power Transmission, Distribution and Industry business segment, with a specific focus on digital transformation and predictive maintenance services. You will drive the adoption of our Asset Performance Management (APM) portfolio by analyzing the installed base and market trends to define high-impact commercial campaigns, digital asset monitoring strategies, and strategic partnerships that optimize grid reliability and asset health.

Job Description

Key Pillars of the Role

Commercial Growth: Develop and scale digital asset monitoring packages and value-based sales campaigns that drive commercial growth and long-term customer digital engagement. Strategic Market Development: Conduct deep-dive market studies and forge strategic partnerships to accelerate the GridBeats APM roadmap. Operational Excellence: Lead cross-functional alignment between engineering, sales, and digital product teams to ensure APM solutions meet evolving grid requirements and customer pain points.

Operational Activities

Propose, structure, and deploy external growth strategies, including partnerships and inorganic growth opportunities, to expand our digital footprint. Asset Health & Lifecycle Management:

○ Design and deploy service offerings for high-voltage assets (transformers, breakers, cables, disconnectors) that transition customers from reactive to predictive maintenance.

○ Leverage APM data (e.g., DGA for transformers, Partial Discharge for cables/ GIS, contact wear for breakers) to build compelling, data-driven value propositions.

Campaign Deployment: Steer multi-channel commercial campaigns specifically tailored for digital adoption, measuring success through KPIs like number of opportunities generated and converted into orders. Implement and maintain dashboards and KPIs to measure the success of commercial campaigns and growth initiatives. Solution Bundling: Create integrated packages combining hardware, field services, and software (GridBeats APM) to provide end-to-end lifecycle support. Collaborate with technical and commercial teams to bundle GridBeats software with hardware renewals and life-extension projects. Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with Sales, Key Account Managers, Engineering, and Finance to ensure alignment on solutions and commercial governance. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a primary point of contact for clients, delivering technical briefings.

Technical Domain Knowledge

The successful candidate must possess a deep understanding of the following asset health parameters:

HV Asset Health: Ability to interpret Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA), bushing power factor, and thermal data of transformers. Understanding of mechanical timing, SF6 pressure, and contact wear as key indicators for maintenance intervention for Circuit Breakers. Expertise in partial discharge monitoring and thermal imaging to prevent catastrophic failures and unplanned outages of Cables. Proficiency in identifying how external environment, load cycling, and grid transients impact the degradation of electrical infrastructure. Digital Ecosystems: Demonstrated experience in software-based asset monitoring, cloud/data lake architectures, OT networking, and complex software licensing models.

Essential Requirements

Professional Background: Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager or

Business Development Leader in the industrial or power sector.

Technical Proficiency:
