About the role
Snapmint team is looking for Tech Lead (ROR) with a passion for working closely with product managers and other developers to implement innovative solutions to challenging web development problems. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting new and ongoing digital projects including corporate and client microsites, and integration with data and marketing platforms. Also, driving automation and ensuring automated test scripts are completed for new featuresWe are looking for talented Backend Engineers who will contribute to the success of Snapmint by providing analysis of problems and recommending solutions and working collaboratively with a tight-knit product development team.
Requirements:
BE/B tech and equivalent 5-8 years of work experience with ruby on rails as well as libraries like Resque and RSpec.Experience in Node JSAbility to write clean ruby code

Proven success in communicating with users, other technical teams, and seniorStrong experience in systems architecture design and developmentStrong experience building single-page and progressive web applicationsExperience using test-driven development practicesAbility to efficiently manage and build large, complex web applicationsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good attention to detailExcellent oral and written communication skillsSelf-motivated, ability to work independentlyAbility to use creative thinking to develop innovative solutions to business problemsStrong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
