For more information, visit www.aurionpro.comLocation: Rabale, Navi MumbaiKey Responsibilities• Handle periodic and event-based filings and disclosures with BSE, NSE, SEBI and MCA, including financial results, corporate announcements and other regulatory disclosures.• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI LODR Regulations, 2015, Secretarial Standards and applicable laws.• Assist in conducting Board, Committee, AGM and EGM meetings, including preparation of notices, agendas, resolutions and minutes.• Maintain statutory registers, records, compliance calendars and secretarial documentation.• Liaise with stock exchanges, depositories, RTA and regulatory authorities on routine compliance and corporate matters.• Coordinate with the RTA for corporate actions, dividend matters, share-related activities and investor grievances.• Handle and resolve shareholder/investor queries and complaints in coordination with the RTA.• Monitor regulatory updates and support timely implementation of applicable SEBI, Companies Act and listing compliances.Desired Profile• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a listed company or professional firm.• Good working knowledge of Companies Act and SEBI LODR.• Hands-on experience in stock exchange filings, Board processes and RTA coordination.• Strong drafting, documentation, coordination and follow-up skills.
