Primary Responsibilities

Role:

'The Trade Operations Customer Onboarding Processor plays a crucial role in facilitating the seamless onboarding of new customers into the organization's trade services. This position involves managing documentation, verifying compliance requirements, coordinating with various departments, and providing support to new clients throughout the onboarding process. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, customer-focused, and has experience in trade operations or financial services.

Responsibility:

Customer Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, including account setup, documentation review, and data entry.

Documentation & Compliance: Verify customer documentation for accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., KYC, AML, and other trade-related regulations).

Data Management: Enter and maintain accurate customer information in internal systems, ensuring that data is up-to-date and secure.

Customer Communication: Act as a point of contact for new clients during the onboarding process, providing guidance, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely manner.

Secondary Responsibilities

'Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams such as Compliance, Risk, Trade Operations, and Relationship Managers to streamline the onboarding process and address any client-specific needs.
