Job Responsibilities :

1. Set division-wide standards for web development technologies and methodologies

2. Work directly with analytics team as well as business partners to propose and develop solutions that appropriately balance speed and long-term maintainability

3. Drive a results oriented tech team with help of your expertise in technical sales engineering in cloud computing environment, big data, machine learning, and numerical programming frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Python, MATLAB).

4. Architect, design and build integrations between cloud contact center platforms and external systems or fulfill a customer's requirements using the various cloud platform APIs and services.

5. Work closely as a main point of contact with customer technical and business stakeholders as part of a project team(s) to design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions with one or more of our partner vendor platforms.

6. Motivate team members, probes into technical details and mentors others to do the same. Mentoring and coaching colleagues is an important part of this role.

7. Be responsible for the overall look and feel (UI/UX) of all customer facing applications in accordance with standards jointly set by the web development team and business partners. At times build the front-end of applications through appealing visual design to bring a culture of - simple- UI/UX design

8. Deliver technical pitches.

1. 6-8+ years of full stack experience

a. 2+ years of experience in a start-up environment or fast growing company.

b. 4 years or more of experience programming (i.e., Java, .Net)

c. 3 years or more of experience using RESTful APIs (i.e., Java, Spring Boot, .NetCore, NodeJS)

d. 3 years or more or more of experience with developing Microservices

e. 2 years or more with UI development (i.e., Angular, React, Node.JS, JavaScript)

2. Strong practical knowledge of designing user interfaces and taking into account user experience (UI/UX)

3. Experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, jQuery, Vue

4. Proficiency in backend programming in Python (Django/Flask)

5. Adherence to agile development methodologies, including CI/CD (Jenkins)

6. Proficiency in designing/consuming RESTful services (JSON)

7. Fluency in consuming data from SQL databases and/or analytics platforms

8. Fluency with Cloud based infrastructure (preferably AWS)
