Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer billing activities, including preparation, and uploading of invoices
Ensure accuracy and timely processing of billing transactions
Coordinate with distributors and customers to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations
Perform ground-level operational tasks related to customer service function
Collaborate closely with the Customer Service Department (CSD) for process execution and improvements
Support data analysis and reporting for customer service operations
Prepare reports and presentations using Excel and PowerPoint
Maintain and update records, dashboards, and MIS reports
Assist in identifying process gaps and improving efficiency
