Key Performance Indicators
Conducting literature survey and experimental planning for new product developmentProcessing of batches and testing of the experimental designs as per the test protocol definedConducting application/ product validation trials at sites which can be located at different locations across IndiaTesting and analysis of benchmark samplesEvaluation of alternate RMs in the existing product formulation for suitabilitySupport to plant w.r.t. standardization of the product at PEL/ OPCMaintaining appropriate and updated records of experiments in lab notebook & OptivaData tabulation and interpretation, technical report preparation and presentation at the review meetingsCustomer complaint handling and resolution
Completion of all the activities assigned within stipulated timelines.
Maintaining proper records of activities in the lab register as well as Optiva.
Reproducibility and repeatability (R&R) of the work done.
