Looking for someone with at least 7 years of experience in Raw material sourcing/procurement from lubricants, chemical, metal rolling background.

Raw Material & Supply – sourcing, technical approval, compliance validation and price negotiationLocalization of finished products – India and APME zone as required (including lab work)Evaluation of alternative raw materials (including lab work)Collect and responsibility to manage technical agreements, TDS, MSDS, Compliance data (Supplier and RM)Support for samples management at TCAPRM/FG revalidation for qualityLab work in line with Chemist job descriptionCommodity price tracking for APME including trend analysis on local product costsNegotiate in parallel with SCM/Purchasing team Raw material pricing and supply termsContract management of local third-party blenders including contract management, drafting and negotiation and regular contract progress reviewsSupply chain optimization studies to support move to local blending, implementation in local TotalEnergies blending plants or alternative raw materials or suppliers

Laboratory activity and SafetyAdhere to Group Safety Rules and maintain a safe working environment in the laboratory.Prepare and set up the laboratory measuring equipment and laboratory technology and adjust measuring programs.Maintain and care for the laboratory equipment and the laboratory inventory and keep the laboratory area tidy.Record technical data in relevant tool, follow data protection rules to protect Intellectual Property. Document results for the creation of technical reportsFollow the OP2 process and align with metal-market specific requirements.Participate in cross-functional working groups to address new trends, regulations, sustainability criteria, and innovation.Take part in technical relationships with customers, external conferences, technology training, and supplier presentations to advance technology knowledge

Qualification: B.Tech in Chemical engineer/ Mechanical engineer or any other.
