Key Responsibilities

1. Prepare material specification and requisition for procurement team2. Procurement team to place work order3.Ensure availability of Materials to project / maintenance team for effective project execution4. Maintain inventory of materials at warehouse and to Vendors for effective project execution5.Reduce the inventory Carrying cost by prioritizing the material issuance.6. Ensure Material issuance (in system and at site)

Key Deliverables

1. Prepare detailed material specifications and requisitions for the procurement team to facilitate work order placement.2. Ensure timely availability of materials to project and maintenance teams for effective project execution.3. Maintain accurate inventory of materials at the warehouse and with vendors to support project execution.4. Reduce inventory carrying costs by prioritizing material issuance.5. Ensure accurate tracking of material issuance both in the system and at the site.
