Job Description: Manager ProductionWe are looking for an experienced Production professional with 10-15 years of experience in Tapes, Adhesives, or Coating manufacturing.Key Responsibilities:Manage production activities and optimize Man, Machine, Method & Material utilization.Ensure safety, quality, productivity, timely order execution, and inventory control.Lead the production team and drive KPI achievement and team development.Monitor yields, productivity, quality, and operating expenses.Drive Kaizen and low-cost automation initiatives for cost optimization.Coordinate with R&D for new product development and process improvement.Handle internal and external audits and prepare daily/monthly MIS reports.Develop team skills and build a high-performance production team.Coordinate with Planning and Sales teams for plan vs. actual dispatches.Qualifications & Skills:BE/B.Tech in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.10-15 years of relevant experience in Tapes, Adhesives, or Coating production.SAP experience and knowledge of working in an SAP environment will be an added advantage.Location: Ambernath (East) 421 506, Dist.
