About you and this role
As an ISC Improvement Manager, you will play a critical role in driving end-to-end operational excellence across CSS Operations. You are a change agent with a strong continuous improvement mindset, capable of influencing without authority and partnering across functions to deliver sustainable results.
This role focuses on identifying, designing, and implementing operational improvements that enhance customer experience, service quality, cost efficiency, and process reliability. You will work across upstream, core, and downstream processes that enable CSS Operations, including Digital Ordering, Planning, Customer Service, Logistics, Documentation, Master Data handoffs, and Service Quality.
Success in this role requires solid stakeholder engagement, analytical rigor, and the ability to work seamlessly with diverse teams such as Commercial Excellence, Planning, Logistics, Quality, EH&S;, and Capability Teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead CSS Operations Excellence initiatives to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, service quality, and cycle times.
- Drive upstream process improvements by partnering with Digital Ordering and Planning teams to reduce process breakdowns and improve forecasting accuracy and order signal quality.
