Job Purpose

To provide full-spectrum HR support across assigned regions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee development, HR operations, and employee engagement, ensuring smooth HR functioning, local compliance, and effective coordination between regional teams and central HR. The Regional HR acts as the primary HR representative for all regional staff and ensures the implementation of HR policies, culture, and performance standards across zones.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition (Regional Level)

Manage end-to-end recruitment for regional roles across departments.

Source candidates through job portals, consultants, references, and social media.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers & panel members.

Conduct preliminary HR screening and culture-fit evaluations.

Share offer letters, negotiate salaries within the defined structure, and ensure documentation compliance.

2. Onboarding & Induction

Conduct onboarding for new joiners across the region.

Ensure collection of mandatory documents and creation of employee files.

Coordinate induction sessions for new hires.

Ensure department-level training completion for all new joiners.

3. Employee Development & Engagement

Identify skill gaps and coordinate with central L&D for training programs.

Track training attendance and completion for regional employees.

Conduct employee engagement activities (festivals, birthday celebrations, welfare programs).

Gather employee feedback and ensure timely issue resolution.

4. HR Operations Support

Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data for the region.

Ensure timely submission of regional HR reports to central HR.

Ensure adherence to company policies, HR standards, and statutory compliance requirements.

Support offboarding activities, including exit interviews, asset recovery, and clearance.

5. Regional Employee Support

Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, claims, grievances, and benefits.

Address employee concerns professionally and escalate critical cases to HR Head.

6. Cross-Functional Coordination

Coordinate with departments such as Sales, CRM, Projects, Admin & Finance for manpower requirements and HR support.

Liaise with the central HR for policy updates, circulars, and implementation.
