The role includes monitoring access control and surveillance systems, coordinating with security personnel, and ensuring guest, team member, and asset protection at all times. The supervisor conducts regular safety inspections and risk assessments, implements emergency response procedures, and ensures compliance with internal policies and local regulations. Day-to-day tasks involve incident reporting and investigation, maintaining security logs and documentation, organizing safety drills and training, and collaborating with other departments to promote a culture of safety and preparedness. The role also requires visible presence in guest areas, handling security-related queries with discretion, and supporting the management team during high-profile events and peak periods.Qualifications Experience in security supervision, safety management, or related roles within hospitality, corporate, or facility environments.Knowledge of safety standards, emergency response procedures, and basic risk assessment and incident investigation practices.Ability to oversee security systems such as CCTV, access control, and alarm monitoring, and coordinate with external security or law enforcement agencies when needed.Strong communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills, with the ability to handle sensitive situations calmly and professionally.Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including team coordination, shift scheduling, and training of security and safety personnel.Attention to detail, integrity, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and ethical conduct.Relevant education or certification in security, safety, hotel management, or a related field; prior experience in hospitality is an advantage.Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by hotel operations.
