As an Associate Agency Development Manager at Axis Max Life Insurance, you will be responsible for driving the growth of the agency channel by recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors. You will work closely with insurance advisors to provide them with the necessary support and resources to succeed in selling life insurance products.
