Bajaj Finserv is hiring for the role of Debt Management Executive!
Responsibilities of the Candidate:
Achieve Debt Management Services targets for the assigned branch.
Meet performance indicator (PI) targets while maintaining the prescribed monthly cost limits.
Ensure compliance with applicable legal guidelines across the Debt Management Services structure.
Ensure Debt Management Services agencies and executives adhere to all applicable laws and regulations.
Ensure compliance with the Code of Conduct.
Continuously monitor Debt Management Services agencies and executives to identify fraudulent practices and prevent financial losses.
Requirements:
