Job Purpose:The job purpose of a Shift Incharge - Preventive Maintenance is to develop and oversee preventive maintenance schedules, monitor system performance, lead maintenance teams, ensure compliance with industry standards, and manage maintenance budgets to ensure optimal performance and longevity of solar cell systems.

Responsibilities

Comprehensive Preventive Maintenance:

Develop and implement preventive maintenance strategies for all clusters and tools to enhance performance and reliability, and to reduce unexpected breakdowns.

Predictive Maintenance

Develop and implement predictive maintenance strategies for all clusters and tools to predict the upcoming failure and plan in preventive maintenance Plan.

Tool Management And Coordination

Oversee the maintenance, calibration, and operational readiness of all tools across clusters, coordinating with teams to ensure tools are functioning within specifications.

Cross-Cluster Integration

Ensure seamless coordination between different clusters and maintenance teams, facilitating effective communication and integration of maintenance efforts across all areas.

Documentation And Reporting

Maintain comprehensive records of preventive maintenance activities, tool conditions, check sheets and repair histories. Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance performance and compliance.

Continuous Improvement

Identify opportunities for process improvements in maintenance practices. Implement enhancements based on performance data, feedback, and industry best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

CAPA (Corrective And Preventive Actions)

Manage the CAPA process by investigating maintenance issues, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective and preventive actions to address and prevent recurring problems. Document and track CAPA progress and effectiveness.

Safety Protocol Compliance

Ensure all maintenance activities adhere to established safety protocols and regulations. Regularly review and update safety procedures, conduct safety audits, and provide training to ensure a safe working environment during Preventive maintenance.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor the maintenance and repair team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high performance and adherence to best practices.

Quality Assurance

Monitor and enforce quality standards in maintenance activities to ensure tools and equipment meet performance and reliability criteria.
