Job Purpose:The Shift Engineer - Automation is responsible for ensuring the efficient and continuous operation of the MSEL module line through stabilization initiatives, effective team building, and optimized spare management. This role focuses on maintaining high equipment availability for production while fostering a culture of safety and sustainability within the organization. By leveraging SAP-PM tools and implementing best practices, the Shift Engineer contributes to the overall operational excellence and productivity of the cluster.

Responsibilities

Stabilization of MSEL Module Line:

Measure improvements in SQPDCME projects to enhance the stability of the module line. Ensure completed projects contribute to minimizing operational disruptions.

Team Building

Track the number of capability enhancement initiatives to develop a skilled workforce. Focus on fostering teamwork and improving engagement among team members.

Spare Management & SAP-PM Utilization

Assess the percentage of effective SAP-PM utilization in spare management. Optimize inventory levels to enhance operational efficiency and reduce lead times.

Availability Of Equipment For Production

Measure the percentage availability of equipment at the MSEL Module line. Identify factors affecting downtime to ensure consistent production capability.

Organization Development & Sustainability

Monitor milestones achieved in adherence to the Adani Business Excellence Model. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence across all functions.
