Responsibilities

Oversee day‑to‑day operations of the Work Skill Diploma (WSD) program at the allocated siteMaintain and validate student records, including enrollment, attendance, assessments, and progression dataEnsure accurate upkeep of attendance logs, assessment records, and skill evaluation documentationPrepare, maintain, and support compliance, audit, and inspection reports as per regulatory and organizational requirementsCoordinate and track On‑the‑Job Training (OJT) attendance, task completion, skill progression, and mentor feedbackObserve, record, and escalate safety observations related to training, shop‑floor exposure, and OJT activitiesMonitor trainer availability, deployment, and attendance to ensure uninterrupted training deliveryEnsure strict adherence to the approved curriculum, training plans, and prescribed pedagogyMaintain training quality standards across classroom, lab, and workplace learning environmentsEnforce safety discipline among students, trainers, and mentors during all training and OJT activitiesAct as the primary site‑level coordination point between industry mentors, trainers, academic partners, and central WSD teamsProvide regular status updates and structured reports on operations, training quality, compliance, and safety
