JD: Lead Data Analyst
Role: As a Lead Data Scientist individual typically emphasizes both technical expertise and leadership skills. They are responsible for leading data science teams, managing projects, and ensuring alignment with business goals, while also developing and implementing data-driven solutions
Project Management

Data Modeling And Analysis
Analyzing large datasets, identifying patterns, and extracting insights to inform decision-making.

Qualification & Experience: BE, B Tech, M Tech, MCA or related field.
Responsibilities
Lead a Team of 5+ Data Scientist Strong business acumen and analytical skills Ability to analyze business problems, understand data and related potential solutions Collaborate with various Business, Operations and Technology stakeholders across Bank Results oriented willingness to commit to delivery and take charge Comfortable working in a large organization with broad set of stakeholders across various functions Curious, self-motivated and interested in an accelerated learning curve Prior hands on experience in Credit Risk area for at least 4+ years Having worked on different types of Banking Use cases.
Must-haves
Total exp of 12+ years as Data Analyst/Data Scientist field 5+ years of work experience as Data Analyst with Credit Risk Analysis Strong Python, SAS or PySpark programming knowledge is required. Data Analytics and AI skills SQL programming knowledge is required Worked on cloud-based data infrastructure (preferable)
